I also urge you to leave a google review voicing your opinion. His grave is being used as a public place to glorify him by ultranationalistic Croats.

I was horrified to discover that the leader of the Ustase Ante Pavelic is buried at Cementerio Sacramental de San Isidro in Madrid Spain. Ante Pavelic was a ruthless, sadistic and evil person. His regime resulted in the deaths of up to one million people perhaps more in the Nazi puppet state known as the Independent State of Croatia. He embodied hatred, inhumanity and depravity and does not have the right or privilege to be buried in any cemetery- anywhere. His victims were not afforded such a privilege. He is someone who must be remembered for representing the lowest level to which humanity can fall but he does not deserve a grave site.
I urge you to do the right thing and to remove his grave from your site. It is inappropriate, disrespectful and not remotely decent that he is allowed to be buried there.
Please think of the victims, the survivors and their families.
What kind of you world do you want to live in? The glorification of evil people must stop. Do your part and remove his grave as it is an affront to humanity.
