My name is Kelsey Seabury of Satsuma, AL. My dad Timothy Wayne Seabury (47) is currently serving life with no parole on crack cocaine charges. He has been in prison for almost 7 years now and it serving his time at USP Pollock in Pollock, LA. Life sentences for non-violent drug offenders is cruel, un-humane, and is not justice.

I am not trying to plead my dad's innocence. He deserved to be punished for his involvement with illegal drugs, but he does not deserve to die in prison. I am his only child, I was only 14 when he was incarcerated. I am 21 years old now and I would like to have a relationship with my dad outside of a visitation room. We have a wonderful supporting family. He has two brothers and both parents and step-parents who love him and will support him if he gets to come home.

He deserves another chance.

We need to support the Clemency Project so that not only my dad, but all other loved ones serving harsh sentences can come home with their families!
