This guy is openly cheating on Twitch http://www.twitch.tv/hoppauk  he's duping gear and has a midfunc d3d hook so his ESP doesn't show, either that or an external overlay I'm not sure.  Since Bohemia and Battleye can't stop hacks, I'm appealing to YOU, President Obama!
