Mark Richard Tynes of Milton, FL, was sentenced to 27 years for conspiracy to distribute marijuana in early 2000's, when he was 25 years old;  On March 6, 2017, he'll be 40.  The charges Mark was found guilty for had guidelines for an 8-10 year sentence; he was given 27 years and has currently served 14 in federal prison.  Mark's sentence has been reduced by 5 years and has applied for clemency, currently awaiting an answer from D.C.  This decision will determine his future, as well as a small universe of others who support & love him.  Mark is a son, father, brother, uncle, cousin and friend to many who need and value his presence in their lives.  Since Mark's incarceration, he has been a part of several programs available through the system, including, but not limited to, out reach programs to troubled youth.  Please, sign this petition in support of Mark for his clemency application and early release to help bring him home.  President Obama, please let 2016 be the last year he serves in prison and 2017 be the start of a new life for Mark and all who know and love him.  Justice has been served and redemption has been made; please, grant Mark his freedom!
