We the media in Ghana will support your effort as well as any one who fights this just cause. We will hold you and the Leadership of Ghana to account of the people. This statement will be forever etched in our minds, we will keep it on our frontpages, on our radio and TV programmes, on our websites and social media networks. This is what is required to solve this problem. LEADERSHIP. We will call on the leadership of all other Political Parties to also declare their stands on this issues. Are they #AntiGalamsey, do they want to #StopGalamsey, #KillGalamsey #NoToGalamsey and #SaveGhana now? Or are they on the side of the people who want to destroy our country Ghana. This is a national crusade and all who want to be given the opportunity to serve Ghana in the high office of President need stand to be counted. You the politicians need to neutralise the empty threat of all those engaged in illegal mining and tell them that you do not need their money gotten out of illegality and criminality. We who want clean water bodies, clean environment, poison-free environment, sustainable mining and a safe tomorrow for our children are more than their ilk and any politician who is not for Ghana is not deserving of our vote. We the media of Ghana will ensure that we will remind Ghanaians of the role you played either in support or against Ghana. So lets all stand up against the destruction of Ghana.
