Dear Mr President Sirisena I am sure you are well aware of the recent incidents that has shaken Sri Lanka and this petition is a conversion of all that rage and outrage of your people. A tiny toddler of 4 years was raped and murdered at a climax after a series of event of a similar nature. About which nothing was done before and nothing was done to prevent or curb it. This final death could have been prevented if some form of action had been taken to punish previous criminals. But no, you were contend to have dishonest officers and corrupt, bribe taking individuals deal with it. The criminals go free and as far as we are concerned nothing has stopped. How many more little children need suffer such a fate before you act Sir? How many more talented women and girls should Sri Lanka lose before some thing is done. Sir, this could be your daughter or grand daughter next and nothing you could do can prevent these monsters if they set their filthy hearts to it Act now before its too late Sir. Create a panel of honest officers under your direct supervision to deal with investigating such horrendous acts. Bring back the death penalty without trial for these filth of our society and eliminate such creatures from our midst. The Sri Lankan people, irrespective of race or religion are a brave and courageous race and we will not stand for such outrageous injustice. The blood of noble kings of old runs in the veins of most of our people and we will not stand aside and watch as these sorry creatures ravage on our young and tarnish the image of the country and it's people! Sir, we will not be quiet and let this pass. We will protest till thsee monsters are executed. All media needs to broadcast it in such a manner as to strike fear in to the hearts of those even dreaming it! Bring the death penalty for thus abusers of the women and children. Think back to the last hours of Sheya, what would she had felt. She wouldn't even have been able to understand before she died. Such purveyors of such raw innocence should be sentenced to much worse than death. Sir. Take action now and execute such mongrels from our midst. Your people will never lessen their wrath against the judicial system of this country and the curses of those parents will forever be on your government. For Sheya, for all the other nameless and faceless female babies, toddlers and women and children who have been hunted by these despicable creatures of shame and dishonor! Act today Sir. It is the cry, request and demand for justice of al who have signed herewith!!!
