Michael Sata died a few days ago in London, and Guy Scott is now the acting President of Zambia for the next three months, at which time another President will be in place. Thus we now petition Scott at a time when the separation of powers is a misnomer, and where a National Park about to be open-pitted is not high on the list of his priorities. Wynter Kabimba - head of the Mugabesque party, Minister of Justice etc, Sata's bag carrier, was brought down to earth by Sata before he died, Kabimba retreating to his chambers and licking his wounds, plotting craftily anew. With the judiciary a laughing stock, where do we go with this war against the despoilers of Mother Earth? Keep petitioning, it might just get through to Guy that he has three months in which to right some dreadful wrongs. Perhaps he should have a word with his wife, and his son.
