Illegal Activities of Israel - The Attacks of the Israeli Security Forces on al-Aqsa Mosque

We strongly condemn the attacks of Israeli security forces against the Palestinians worshipping in al-Aqsa Mosque, that left many Palestinian civilians injured.

Despite all calls by the international community, it is seen that Israel continues its expansion of the illegal settlements in the West Bank and Jerusalem, as well as its systematic attempts to evict the Palestinians living in the occupied territories through its decisions of demolition and confiscation.

In this context, we are gravely concerned by the recent approval of the plans for the construction of 540 new settlement units in Har Homa in the southeast of Jerusalem, the eviction orders for Palestinian families in the Sheikh Jarrah district of East Jerusalem and the attempts to legalize the unauthorized outposts that are illegal even under Israeli law.

These policies of Israel violate international law and continue to constitute the biggest obstacle to a two-state solution. We call on all the responsible members of the international community to give a stronger response to these illegal practices.

ندين بشدة الاعتداءات التي نفذتها قوات الأمن الإسرائيلية ضد الفلسطينيين الذين يؤدون الصلاة في المسجد الأقصى، والتي أدت إلى إصابة العديد من المدنيين الفلسطينيين

وفي هذا الإطار، نشعر بقلق بالغ إزاء موافقة إسرائيل على بناء 540 وحدة سكنية في مستوطنة "هار حوماه" جنوب شرقي القدس، وأوامر إخلاء منازل السكان الفلسطينيين من حي الشيخ جراح بالمدينة، وإضفاء الشرعية على المستوطنات الصغيرة غير المرخصة التي تعتبر غير قانونية وفقا للقانون الإسرائيلي.

إن سياسات إسرائيل المذكورة المخالفة للقانون الدولي لا تزال تشكل أكبر عقبة أمام حل الدولتين. ندعو الأعضاء المسؤولين في المجتمع الدولي إلى الرد بقوة أكبر على هذه الممارسات غير القانونية

Malgré tous les appels de la communauté internationale, on constate qu'Israël poursuit son expansion des colonies illégales en Cisjordanie et à Jérusalem, ainsi que ses tentatives systématiques d'expulser les Palestiniens vivant dans les territoires occupés par ses décisions de démolition et de confiscation.

Dans ce contexte, nous sommes gravement préoccupés par la récente approbation des plans de construction de 540 nouvelles unités de logements à Har Homa, dans le sud-est de Jérusalem, par les ordres d'expulsion de familles palestiniennes dans le district de Sheikh Jarrah à Jérusalem-Est, et par les tentatives de légalisation des avant-postes non autorisés qui sont illégaux, même au regard du droit israélien.

Ces politiques d'Israël violent le droit international et continuent de constituer le plus grand obstacle à une solution à deux États. Nous appelons tous les membres responsables de la communauté internationale à donner une réponse plus forte à ces pratiques illégales.

İsrail güvenlik güçlerinin Mescid-i Aksa’da ibadet eden Filistinlilere yönelik gerçekleştirdiği ve çok sayıda Filistinli sivilin yaralanmasına sebep olan saldırıları şiddetle kınıyoruz.

İsrail’in uluslararası toplumun tüm çağrılarına rağmen Batı Şeria ve Kudüs'te yasadışı yerleşim birimlerini genişletmeye devam ettiği, ayrıca aldığı yıkım ve müsadere kararlarıyla, işgal altındaki topraklarda yaşayan Filistinlileri tahliye etmeye yönelik sistematik girişimlerini sürdürdüğü görülmektedir.

Bu çerçevede son dönemde, Kudüs'ün güneydoğusundaki Har Homa'da 540 yeni yerleşim birimi inşası planının onaylanmasından, Doğu Kudüs'ün Şeyh Cerrah semtinde Filistinli ailelerin evlerine yönelik tahliye kararlarından ve İsrail kanunlarına göre de yasadışı kabul edilen ruhsatsız küçük yerleşimlerin yasallaştırılmasına yönelik girişimlerden büyük endişe duyuyoruz.

İsrail'in uluslararası hukuka aykırı şekilde sürdürdüğü sözkonusu politikalar, iki devletli çözümün önündeki en büyük engeli teşkil etmeyi sürdürmektedir. Uluslararası toplumun sorumluluk sahibi üyelerini sözkonusu hukuk dışı uygulamalara karşı daha güçlü tepki vermeye davet ediyoruz.
