I among many other CSULB students believe that our tuition should be partially reimbursed. We are paying to utilize the campus’ resources and facilities and we cannot fulfill our educational needs solely through “virtual instruction”.  While we recognize and sympathize with the difficult situation that the Corona virus has put CSULB in, this transition to online classes represents a notable reduction in educational and instructional quality, which we fear will negatively affect our educational and professional outcomes moving forward. It is ultimately not the responsibility of CSULB students, who are mostly full-time students and thus are considered low-income earners to bear the cost of the impact of the Corona virus on academic resources.
