Since September, officials at the University of Texas at Austin have been implementing a policy that requires students located within the student section to wear a wristband in order to gain access to the seats they paid for. The issue has been widely recognized and has not been sitting well with students. Many students report having to wait in line for an hour to receive their wristband at the soccer stadium across the street. This type of inconvenience is highly unnecessary whenever students already pay quite a bit of money to attend each of these games. There must be a better way for the University to combat this issue so this is a call for them to do as such.
