ARTICLE I PETITION, ARTICLE II PETITION, ARTICLE III PETITION

President Joseph Biden

1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW

Washington, DC 20500

Petitioning Honorable President Joseph Biden:

By the grace of God, We The People humbly make this constitutional call for help by way of petition, taking the time to speak out on behalf of every forgotten man, woman and child due to The War on Drugs and the overwhelming rate of incarceration in the United States of America. We beseech upon all three branches of the government to bipartisan align their voices with ours and do the same.

We the concerned citizens of the United States of America, along with SOD Foundation, ministers, family members and friends have heard the prisoner’s plea for help where it is our duty as a community support group to adopt a prisoner and act as a re-entry monitor and coordinator on behalf of our brothers and sisters in distress, and we employ you to act as well in the spirit of Isaiah 61:1 which states, “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound”.

A First, Fifth and Sixth Amendment petition is hereby filed in good faith for their release pursuant to 97-280-96 stat.1211 invoking your vested powers under Article II to grant relief by way of clemency and or pardon. Where, the urgent and necessary First Amendment petition is hereby submitted praying that justice be tempered with mercy due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Incarcerated individuals are facing a death sentence and this equates to a cruel and unusual punishment under the Eighth Amendment.

Mr. President, honoring the Bible you were sworn in on, and took the following oath, stating “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” We implore you to act, releasing prisoners with health issues that put them at a higher risk, the elderly, nonviolent offenders, and rehabilitated individuals, to allow for proper social distancing for those who must remain imprisoned and remove all others from harm's way.

The Bible, laws, statutes, drafted, enacted, and enforced, calls for their release under the following:

The First Step Act, Compassionate Release Act, honoring Attorney General William Barr’s memorandum, and Isaiah 61:1, wherefore the law of the land empowers you and We the People to act on behalf of the imprisoned individuals named below by ordering that the adopted GUA

Mr. Charles William Motton III # 16754-0404
Mr. Ramiro Astello #01836-029

Mr. President, the fifth and sixth Amendment Constitutionally guarantees a defendant the right to a jury trial, the jury can constitutionally convict you and there-from the individual can be sentenced to up to life in prison. The same fifth and sixth amendment jury nor the public have the power to call for the release of one from prison.  The petition now on file before you vest the president with jurisdiction and power to release the prisoner to the public forthwith.  Pursuant to 97-280-96 Stat. 12-11 Isaiah 6:1

In our concluding summation we call upon the original 91:1 Psalms and all 3 Branches of the Government

Where a dangerous unjust war was waged on a specific race of “so-called citizens” of the United States of America.  All was carried out and conducted without principles.  We the petitioners named and listed above honor God’s calling and have fully complied with Matthew 3-2 and saying repent ye for the kingdom of heaven is at hand, and as God We Trust.

The Founder States

Many of us have lost our love ones due to this undeserving " War on Drugs" because the evil eye that frowned upon us never refocused itself to see that we had been rehabilitated and had a changed heart where we should have been immediately released so we could resuscitate nourish and give respiration and gain reparation back to our community.  Mr. President, these men were imprisoned for 10,20,30,40 years there not being timely released we as men lost our dignity and respect as a father, where our place in the community became a ghost.  Our daughters gave birth to chemically dependent children, from there some became prostitutes, our young sons became drug dealers, robbers, gang members, etc. myself and many other men who were imprisoned for a long period of time have personally lost their son's, and many loved ones due to the Crime Bill. My daughter had to get both of her legs and some of her fingers amputated because I wasn't allowed to give her a kidney.  Being the head of the family demanding that we get checkups yearly, caused my wife's death because I wasn't there to make sure she was getting her yearly checkups, she let it go.  These are some of the tragedies and losses that we’ve as confined men have personally suffered through; this is just a bird’s eye view of what other families have suffered through.  My father came to visit me and died the same day after he left the prison of a heart attack because of the undue stress.  Our cities became like Beirut, bummed out.  Detroit's population went from 1,800,000 to 600,000, once drug addiction took its effect it killed the labor force, without a labor force, the city starts migrating to other parts of the world.   Buyable businesses and schools that was once thriving businesses now lye with grass grown around them 6ft or taller.  Homes were dilapidated, left abandon for our children to get raped.  Where our city was left deserted raggedy and tore down and sent to the dump.  That casted our city into a dark age of ruins.   We come to you Mr President because  God has chosen you to do this job and I’m asking you to accept S.O.D. (Sense of Direction) as a remedy and a solution that can be utilized to release the men and women back into the community forthwith where Ministers, Families, Friends, and community who have adopted these prisoners who have served in excess 10,20,30,40 years of prison time, some with more than 100's of positive accomplishments.

Mr. President when will they be able to show their growth and ability to become caring and productive citizens, after they have completed all of this at taxpayers' expense?  Mr. President by the grace of God we pray, that you yourself, S.O.D. Ministers, families, friends, community using their infinite wisdom working together we can make America Great Again.  By reviving our cities, by bringing back industry, opening our schools, and training programs, rebuilding our neighborhoods.  Mr. President I would like to sit down with you and share the wisdom that God has shared with me to rebuild our cities and reestablish our communities.

On April 24th, 2020 Mr. Felix Walls, with family support was the first lifer to receive his freedom, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, his life sentence was reduced to time served, yet he's still serving 5 years’ parole due to the fact the court's and the government failed to keep their word to release him 4 years ago, and still needs clemency.

That upon his release my father has used his cognitive ability to start a Foundation called SOD "SENSE of DIRECTION” to make it affordable for Ministers, Tax Payers, Family Members, Mentors, Community Leaders, Doctors, Lawyers, as well as Prominent citizens, to adopt a prisoner in order to help them become productive returning citizens.  SOD has a remedy and a solution that will end mass Incarceration and will guarantee a lower amount of recidivism in all communities.

I pray we the supporters, please continue to support my father and the many others by continuing to sign and share this petition to help others gain clemency from President Biden.

I refused to go in the cell, informing the officer that I'm in the wrong prison, because my disciplinary had been dismissed.  I told them that I would go to solitary confinement rather than to go in there with that man. The guard refused to take me to the hole, gave me a direct order, opened the door and forced me into the cell, after that the inmate told me man find you somewhere else to go.  After they unlocked the cell and let us out, I asked other inmates were anymore cells available everybody said no. When I returned to my cell the man asked me did I find another cell, I told him no, I laid down fell asleep, the man stabbed me, they rushed me to the hospital, I died on the operating table they revived me, after the X-Rays they told me I had Cancer, and they had to do emergency surgery or I would die, they operated on me and removed my thyroid, two years later I found out that I didn't have cancer at all and was left with a half of thyroid. That was a ploy for them to bill the government.  All of this occurred, when I was in a state of mental distraught, whereas they refused to let me talk to my family or get a second opinion. I am now suffering from Major Depression Disorder, PTSD, Unspecified Personality Disorder, Hypothyroidism, and Unspecified Personality, it is to be noted I would not have received the same sentence under today's guidelines.
