I am a musician / Artist / DJ / Sound provider & rely on music-based work to SURVIVE - BUT GOVERNMENT IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO WORK!!

I am calling on the hospitality industry, hotels, restaurants, bars, venues etc…. to stand with us in solidarity as the government has issued a new unfounded covid regulation on 17 December 2020, stating “loud music, whether live or otherwise, is prohibited” in such establishments, as a result, we have already had numerous cancelations of our ONLY gigs of the year! Hundreds and thousands of musicians WILL NOW starve this Christmas and New Year because of OUR GOVERNMENT! 2021 Then becomes an even bigger problem for the entertainment industry.

We appeal to every restaurant, hotel, bar, public gathering place to NOT CANCEL your artists, please do not cancel musicians – you’ll be sentencing us to starve – keep your bookings. Our government has pushed us aside, and not taken into consideration the severity and the repercussions of their new amended bill. (Regulation 69, Subregulation 18 (c) (iii)

ALL MUSICIANS AND SUPPORTERS OF MUSIC, FRIENDS OF MUSIC, FAMILIES – hospitality industry – please stand with us in SOLIDARITY. This bill MUST change URGENTLY & IMMEDIATELY or the live entertainment industry will be NO MORE.

Based on our history as a country, there comes a time when we must choose between justice and oppression. We hope you choose justice!
