I need to get my wife out of O.R Tambo Inerdis Holding facilities and let into her home in South Africa.

I love my country.
Like many countries it has it's short falls, yet I loved her so that I convinced my wife with her German passport that this is the place to make home.
Despite my country giving us years of grief trying to get her a spousal Visa. Despite everytime we were told to apply in one city then another. South Africa remained OUR home.

Let it be known. I understand completely why We as a  country are taking strong measures to protect our people from COVID-19. However Some of these measures are crippling South Africas own children.

Just on Tuesday the 17th of March. Our Health Minister explained that entries into the country would be screened in accordance to where they had traveled NOT by merely judging their nationality. NOW 48 hour from that statement My Wifes passport is deemed a "High risk country" passport and she cannot enter the country.
In the PAST SEVEN MONTHS my wife and I have been in South Africa and other Southern African countries. NO HIGH RISK COUNTRIES. Our passport entries will show.
SO Where must she go?
this is our home. She last was in Germany when she was 15, it's Never been her home.

Now that we are here, her usual 3 month visitors visa is no longer permissable, when just 2days ago it was.
Dear, Mr President and his Cabinet. please help.
