An American who runs an animal rescue clinic in Kabul is desperately trying to get her staff and rescue animals out of Afghanistan. Charlotte Maxwell-Jones is the American founder and president of Kabul Small Animal Rescue. Kabul Small Animal Rescue has roughly 35 staff members—and 250 rescue animals. Charlotte and her rescue workers are in imminent and grave danger because they refuse to leave the animals behind because doing so would be the death of all the animals in their care. The rescue workers have a privately funded cargo plane for the animals but need a landing permit. Please, help them get out of Afghanistan alive, help them get the landing permit they need so they can all leave safely before it's too late.
