I am reaching out to each and everyone in my country the Philippines especially to our President Benigno Aquino III, to the whole world to raise awareness and education on animal cruelty, rescuing, adopting and fostering stray cats and dog, to amend our laws concerning Animal Welfare Act and most of all to bring JUSTICE to Presbitero Puppy who was beaten and abused by a certain John Doe from Presbitero, Pigcawayan North Cotabato Philippines. You can hear the scream of pain as seen on the video. Let this be an eye opener to everyone, enlighten their minds and to open their hearts to consider adopting dogs in the pound in their area and to check the facebook pages of animal rescuers around the Philippines for dogs and cats who are in need of a loving home.
