The Issue
It seems that the Keystone Pipeline has a lot of political force behind it. Since the Koch brothers stand to profit $100s of Billions if it is passed and they will pay no taxes on the sludge. This petition requests that if President Obama approves this enterprise he first makes the Koch Brothers primary and unlimmited responsibility for any and all damages resulting from the transport, refining, and or use of the toxic sludge.
