Cristian tiene 42 años y es hija de Víctor Hugo Tinoco, preso político del gobierno de Nicaragua. Ella padece un cáncer terminal que está acabando poco a poco con su vida.  A raíz de la detención de su padre, su salud se ha debilitado aún más. A pesar de múltiples esfuerzos y solicitudes, a Cristian y su familia se les ha impedido tener contacto y cualquier tipo de comunicación con él. Cristian solicita a la Alta Comisionada Michelle Bachelet, al Comité Internacional de la Cruz Roja (CICR), a Amnistía Internacional y a la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CIDH), que intercedan ante Daniel Ortega para que le permitan ver a su padre en libertad y poder despedirse.

Cristian has 42 years old and she is the daughter of Victor Hugo Tinoco, a political prisoner of the Nicaraguan government. She has a terminal cancer that is slowly ending with her life. In the wake of her father capture, her health condition has weakened her even more. In Spite of the multiple efforts and requests of Cristian and her family they haven't been allowed to have contact or any kind of communication with him. Cristian is asking Michelle Bachelet, United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, the International Committee of the Red Cross, Amnesty International and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR), to call on Daniel Ortega so she can be allowed to see her father free so they can say goodbye.
