Thank you all for your comments and emails. I have read every email and petition comment and I hope you understand that it has not been possible for me to reply individually, although I wish that had been possible.

At the meeting with Phil James next week I will be accompanied by Dr Stacey Goldman. D.Prof.  MBACP (Snr. Accred.) and we have set out our agenda for the meeting. It will be our intention to represent all your comments as accurately and as forcefully as possible.

We will circulate our notes from the meeting to update everyone on our discussions.

As an aside I have been in touch with Professor John McLeod who submitted the Open Letter to BACP in October (https://therapistconcerns.co.uk/ ) and he also has a meeting with BACP next week. We have a number of overlapping interests and will continue to liaise.
