The Shore Club at Tega Cay is more than just a restaurant of 10 years - it is a valued community hub and gathering place for residents of all ages.

Under the leadership of Mr. Weinbrenner, The Shore Club has consistently provided quality dining, warm hospitality and a welcoming environment that reflects the character and charm of our City.

Mr. Weinbrenner has demonstrated a sincere commitment to serving the community, supporting local events and maintaining a family-friendly atmosphere. His stewardship of The Shore Club has contributed significantly to the cultural and social fabric of Tega Cay.

Displacing The Shore Club or replacing Mr. Weinbrenner would not only disrupt a beloved institution but could also negatively impact local economic vitality, community morale and the unique appeal of our lake front area.

This petition will be submitted to Tega Cay City Council. 

Therefore, we respectfully request that:

1.  The City of Tega Cay renew and extend the lease for The Shore Club 
   at its current location.
2.  Retain Mr. John G. Weinbrenner as the Operator, recognizing his long-standing contributions and proven dedication to the community.
