Graham Giller started this petition to Mayor Mayor Buontempo and the Holmdel Zoning Board

Red Hill Road is the Gateway to Holmdel from the Garden State Parkway. Its unique rural character in our town is now threatened by the construction of a large commercial gym, “Holmdel Hoop House,” on property that is zoned by the Township of Holmdel for residential/agricultural use, at 125–127 Red Hill Rd. Help us oppose this change, which is prohibited by zoning but which is likely to go ahead anyway. Already millions of dollars have been spent to obtain zoning variances on the false premise that this change will have “no impact” on the community. However, it will bring floodlights, dense traffic, disrupted water runoff, and flight of wildlife. The proposal is to pave over five acres, with a three acre building and two acre parking lot, leaving nothing behind and replacing what was a historic house and farmland with a facility that belongs on Route 35.

Change.org will ask you to "chip in." That money will go to change.org to support them. We are not asking for your money here, we are raising awareness.
