Change-makers,

Thank you for signing our petition! This is an important first step in making sure community voices are heard regarding the proposed waterfront development. We have shared - and will continue sharing - comments and petition signatures with both the City Council and the Port.

That said, we still need your help to keep the momentum and visibility growing!

We will be holding a rally THIS SATURDAY from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM as a peaceful demonstration in support of preserving the Ridgefield waterfront. We’ll be gathered at the corner of Pioneer and S. Royle Rd. (near Rosauers) holding signs and raising awareness.

Please join us anytime during those hours. Bring a sign if you have one, or come make one with us TOMORROW at Davis Park from 4:00 PM until dusk. If you can’t make a sign ahead of time, no problem - we’ll have extras available.

We truly have seen so far that as a group we CAN make a difference!  Every voice matters, and every person who shows up helps bring greater awareness to this cause and added pressure to change this project. Time is critical and community involvement matters more than ever before final decisions are made.
