Here's the latest press on the Kendale Woods Park courts from the Washington Post. One thing that is missing from the conversation is how guidelines and policy were not followed in making the decision to remove these courts. That's at the heart of this battle but is often left out. As I've stated many times, we have policies and guidelines in all industries to avoid situations like this where one person makes a decision for a whole group. We have those safeguards to prevent people from acting as dictators. At any rate, stay tuned. The meeting with Jimenez's office and the FCPA is forthcoming, and we'll see if we can get an answer to why Cole was allowed to dismiss the FCPA's guidelines for these courts.
