This is a great story! Thank you, Chad Ricardo, for capturing the importance of these courts to our community and why we have fought so hard for them. I have said it time and time again: we have an amazing community, and this story did a great job adding some perspective to the 'noise' around these courts. Today, I ran into a neighbor who told me, "Yes, pickleball makes noise, but it is the noise of an active, happy community."
We are hoping that the community is listened to and that our elected officials step in and do what's right. Jai Cole still has time to do the right thing, and changing your mind once you have gathered more information is a sign of a good leader. As the amazing and wise Maya Angelou said, "Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better."
As the amazing Chad said, "Closing these courts will truly, truly hurt this community."
Thanks again to Chad Ricardo! Kendale Woods Pickleball Fox5
