The Fairchild Republic A-10 Thunderbolt II has been a captivating sight in our skies as part of Maryland's 175th Wing. This move would send our treasured fleet of A-10s to Nevada's Airspace Bone Yard for decommissioning. This Airfleet serves not only as a symbol of our state's strength, but it also bolsters our national security with Maryland having the largest East Coast A-10 fleet. We cannot let this distinct part of our American Airfleet, that has long stood as a staple of our defense operations, be lost to the pages of history.
