I am a local resident and a frequently enjoy The Paris House, a cherished establishment in Hove that has been fostering culture, community, and creativity for over ten years. This venue is not just a pub; it is an integral part of our community fabric. It provides a platform for new up and coming artists and brings together people from all walks of life in an environment that is both safe and enjoyable.

Recently, an application has been made to review the premises licence for The Paris House on grounds alleging crime disorder and public nuisance. As someone who regularly visits this place, I can confidently say the people who come to the Paris House are respectful and beautiful people, The Paris House has always upheld its licensing objectives responsibly.

However, if this review goes through unopposed, we risk losing more than just another pub - we risk losing a vital hub for our local community and culture. Therefore, I urge everyone who values what The Paris House brings to Brighton & Hove to join me in opposing this review.

The location on the Brighton|Hove border welcomes a mix of Brighton and hove residents and to those new to alike.
