Our group of parents, kids, teachers and community asked the Board to agendize an item to secure outside funding for the successful Black Student Support Team. Already the Tam Foundation and the Marin County Office of Education have offered financial support for the program.

We urged the Board to accept these funds and work with us to find additional support. They refused but we are not giving up on this effort or our kids!
