A huge thanks for supporting the campaign and successfully stopping the proposed fast-food outlet, disguised as an EV charging point and “restaurant,” from being approved on our precious greenbelt land!  

• Over 1,300 signatures gathered.
• 160 formal objections on the Borough Council website—a phenomenal response!

Thanks to A Little Bit of Stone who played a vital role by producing articles and helping us strategize. This partnership was instrumental in raising awareness across the community.

This victory is a testament to what we can achieve when we work together. By combining local voices, innovative tactics, and unyielding determination, we’ve sent a strong message:  Our greenbelt is not for sale.

P.S.  Unfortunately another development is now looming on our doorstep.  We recently got news that there are plans to develop 192 acres of precious farmland just outside Stone.  We'll be fighting this campaign every step of the way.  Follow me for updates and please reach out if you want to support this new campaign.
