The good news is that this application has now been called in by councillor Jill Hood.
this means that a report will now be prepared by a planning officer who will put forward a recommendation to a planning committee who will then vote on whether or not to approve the application.
The planning officer will take into account many factors when assessing the application but one of the most important factors is the number of objections registered on the Stafford Borough Council planning portal.
There are currently 43 objections and 2 supporting comments. This is ok but we need a lot more. Nearly 800 people have signed the petition, so we are now appealing to everyone who signed the petition to log onto the Stafford Borough Council planning portal and register an objection. It only takes 1 minute to do.
