My journey with the Spanish Fork Youth Theater began several years ago when my son joined the program. As a parent, watching my son express creativity through theater has been an immense joy. Now, I am honored to be a teacher for this incredible program. I see firsthand the positive impact it has on our youth and the community. 

The Spanish Fork Youth Theater offers more than just a creative outlet; it provides children with confidence and a sense of community.

We are grateful that we’ve always had the use of the beautiful high school facilities, but unfortunately we are now running into scheduling conflicts. Without help, we will not be able to offer our regular season. We are not asking for more time, we are simply asking that we get the same schedule we’ve been able to have in the past so the program doesn’t conflict with holidays & so we have the time we need to get our shows performance ready. 

We are afraid that if we are not able to resolve this scheduling conflict, future generations will be deprived of the enriching experiences that only a youth theater can offer. (And yes,  we need a fine arts center pronto!) But until then, we cannot let this vital program disappear. We propose a few actionable steps for its survival. 

1. Contact our local high schools and let them know how important this program is to our community. (See the contacts below) 

2. Comment below with a positive experience you’ve had with youth theater either as a participant, parent, neighbor friend or supportive community member. 

3. Spread the word! Talk to family, friends, neighbors, & community leaders to get their support.
