Melbourne Racing Club is now in disarray with a member challenging the MRC board to a special meeting before board elections in late September

The experts that have presented at the Sandown Panel Hearing  are speaking like its a done seal and in a week's time 31 local submitters representing themselves and local organisations get to voice their concerns over the proposal .
