Emergency centre to be built on open space land on Cheltenham Rd

WITH NO FORWARD PLANNING for at least the last 30 YEARS land for  INFRASTRUCTURE has not been set aside. Then we have closely packed estates built on what was once the green wedge and advocacy demands better facilities
