Dear Petitioner's,

As of this morning, we are a group of 381!  Nearly 6,000 have viewed our petition, with 181 shares and 32 who have pledged dollars to promote it on Change.Org.

Our message to City Council is clear & concise; Preserve our R-1 neighborhoods in Prospect Heights, IL!

506-508 E. Camp McDonald Rd. is not an ideal site for an R-2 development.  It is not compatible with the existing land, there is no harmony at all!  This proposal does not belong in and around our R-1 zones.

Tonight, The Applicant will be representing their proposal, Seeking a referral from City Council to the Prospect Heights Planning and Zoning Board of Appeals to build (9) 3-Story Townhome buildings with a total of (36) units, the land site is 90% surrounded by (R-1) 1/2 acre Single-Family Homes...
