Dear Neighbors,

Are you ready for Monday, Nov. 13th?

The City Council Meeting will start at 6:30pm at the Prospect Heights City Hall, located at 8 Elmhurst Rd, on the West side of Elmhurst Rd., just north of the intersection of Camp McDonald & Elmhurst Rd.

Getting to City Hall & PARKING

We suggest you consider walking if you are close to City Hall.  If driving, coordinate car pool if possible, as PARKING is limited.  Neighbors close to City Hall, please let us know if you would allow parking on your driveways, otherwise Legal parking is available at:

  • City Hall
  • Shopping mall just south of City Hall (Pizza Pavia)
  • Prospect Heights Police Station (short walk, cross at intersection)
  • Maple Street (access is east of Elmhurst on Camp McDonald, next to Police Station, cross at intersection)

*We are awaiting to hear back from Walgreens if we can use their park lot

KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Raising awareness is paramount!  As of this morning, we have just over 300 people who have signed the petition, with 4,200 views, 137 shares and 29 who have pledged dollars to help promote it online!

Continue the dialogue...focus on the main reasons why YOU do not agree with the applicant/developer who has aspirations to alter our beloved neighborhood with the concept to bring multi-family development to R-1 neighborhoods in Prospect Heights.

Leverage your social networks, in-person & online!

NEXT UPDATE

The next update will come this Friday, Nov.10th.  City Hall will be posting the Agenda for the City Council Meeting online.  Be sure to get your eyes on the Agenda so you can gain access to the "revised" proposal from L Development.
