the Natick planning board meeting is 1/31 @7pm. Wellesley is 2/5 @ 6:30
detail are below.
Dear fellow petition signers,
Thank you so much for your overwhelming support of my neighbors and I to protect the sanctuary that is Pond road from this massive scale commercial development. When we started the petition we thought we might get 100 people to sign…as of right now we are just under 1,400. This is incredible, and shows how important Pond road and these types of natural resources really are to people in both Natick and Wellesley. That being said, we need your help again to stop these disingenuous developers who have been fabricating support to further their agenda/false narrative. Please send a letter of opposition to the Natick and Wellesley planning boards. They read them and they care. Some suggested talking points (among many) feel free to use others of course
-Setting dangerous precedent, if Pond Road isn't safe from this type of rezoning...no where is!
-out of scale
-single family zoned area
-traffic safety, the narrow road simply can NOT handle the volume a facility like this will bring
-massive deforestation and destruction of natural resources
-light pollution
-odor pollution
-simply doesn’t belong in a single family residential neighborhood

I also wanted to share this latest graphic with you. This is what pond road will look like if they are approved. The image is actually their own similar to the proposed site at 123 Fisher ave in Brookline overlayed on the 200 Pond Road site. You can NOT build a facility like this without total scorched earth Chernobyl style devastation. We must stop them, we must preserve Pond Road!
