We will include your letter in the packets we send to the commissioners typically the thursday or friday before the meeting.  My thinking right now is on the 26th I will make some remarks to 'set the table' and then ask you to make your comments and also encourage Lynn, Laszlo and Kent to comment.  And have it effectively become a discussion with the commission.  I believe that we will have a productive discussion.
