I want to thank the people who have joined our cause by adding your signature within the past week. The fact that we are continuing to collect signatures means that as a collective, we have a vested interest in STOPPING this development.

We have collected almost $13,000, but WE NEED MORE to satisfy the $20,000 retainer for our attorney, David Coale. David is a highly respected attorney with extensive experience in matters of zoning and land use. We are excited to have him as our lead counsel. We have a strong case and have every reason to believe that we will be successful.

As I have stated in past updates, there is POWER in numbers. We have the ability to hire one of the best attorneys in Texas and file a meaningful lawsuit for a small price per household. Any amount you can give gets us closer to the goal.
