I wanted to share an update with you today regarding our progress against the Balcones Ranch development. First of all, I would like to THANK each and every one of you who have followed and supported us on this journey. It has meant so much to the Opposition Team to know you have our back.
We have been busy behind the scenes talking with numerous legal firms. All of the firms we spoke with were willing to take our case. We wanted to choose someone who would best represent us based on extensive experience and expertise.
I am happy to announce that we have decided on an attorney as lead counsel for our case. His name is David Coale. He is a highly respected attorney with Lynn, Pinker, Hurst & Schwegmann in Dallas. In order to retain Mr. Coale, we need $20,000 NOW for his retainer.
This retainer will go toward obtaining a temporary injunction to stop any further action. Our case features a multi-pronged approach so that we have a variety of angles for the highest rate of success.

It is vitally important that we have support from you in order to take the next steps. Please DO NOT hesitate. We cannot start the legal work until the retainer amount is met. We are over halfway to our goal now. Help us today to meet this first milestone.
