Rezoning request rejected!

This article from “Next Miami” reported on the intent to rezone the park for commercial usage. Thankfully, the Planning, Zoning, and Appeals Board (“PZAB”) voted against the rezoning last week! Not a definite win though - this board is considered “advisory” to commissioners, so we still need to show our support to save the park.
