Alert! 2 Two-Story homes in Indian Cove, 29 palms south of Highway 62

Five, four, three, two, one! Framing for the second story started today. If you’d like to stop by and take a look, the house is located on the NW corner of Pine Spring Avenue and Sullivan Road, Indian Cove South of HWY62. Second two-story home in the neighborhood blocking Neighborhood views. I guess only the deep pocket developers are allowed to view the surrounding mountains of Joshua Tree Park. How greedy can you get? When is enough enough? Shame on the city for approving this monstrosity.

On a more positive note, we have new neighbors on our team with knowledge and contacts.  If you’re waiting for the 29 palms VHR advisory Council to make changes, don’t hold your breath.  They complain about not enough community members showing up for meetings, but they schedule the meetings for 11:00 AM on a weekday and only give 24 hour notice in the email that the meeting is taking place.. And advisory Council handpicked by the city. I don’t think I need to say anymore.  How can working people show up to a meeting that’s scheduled at 11:00 AM in the morning on a weekday? A deliberate attempt by the city to discourage participation. We need to take matters into our own hands.  We have big plans for the future. Stay tuned for more.
