These eight letters provided the Chairman for Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP with a great many leads to be investigated and questions to be answered concerning the 4,666 Charter violations in High River. His Interim Report released in February of 2015 was a great disappointment to me and many others in High River and across Canada. Let's hope his Final Report corrects these errors and omissions.
