TIME FOR A CHANGE - MAKE DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME PERMANENT IN BRITISH COLUMBIA

As we approach yet another change to the clock, we see yet more clamouring for the abolishment of Daylight Savings Time in British Columbia. I propose a more novel approach.
We currently have DST from March to November, leaving less than four months of the year on Pacific Standard Time. What I propose is to abolish Pacific STANDARD time and call the remaining Daylight Savings Time the new normal. We could call it something like Pacific DAYLIGHT STANDARD Time.
It seems silly to abolish a time that we're used to for over eight months of the year. Abolish the other less-than-four months instead. It will make less of an impact on an already dark season and will forever stop the headache of changing clocks both tangible and biological. Please sign and share widely!
