Do you have children who need to go to school during the current outbreak of COVID 19- Omicron variant  in Nova Scotia?

Or, are you a teacher, or other school staff? 

Do you disagree with Tim Houston choosing to STOP school contact tracing altogether?

Do you feel that contact tracing is important, and that everyone deserves to know if they have been in close contact with someone who has COVID 19 virus, so that we can monitor ourselves and try not to infect other people incase we have contracted the virus?

Do you feel that you have a HUMAN RIGHT to know if your child is a close contact, or if you have been a close contact of COVID 19- As well, to know if there is currently at any time a COVID 19 outbreak in your school? 

I will speak for myself, and for hundreds of parents and teachers, other school staff, and the families of everyone who has to go to school who will not be allowed to let their close contacts know if they have COVID 19 while they are attending school- WE HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW !! 

TIM HOUSTON is not trying to prevent illness in children and school staff!

-There is currently  no contact tracing.

-No help with funding for proper N95 or KN95 masks for children who need to wear at least 1 per day! (These are not cheap, especially if you have several children!) 

-There is a shortage of N95 and KN95 Masks in Canada 

-There is a shortage of rapid tests. Each school will only receive 66 rapid tests. 

-Children 5-11 haven't had time to get fully vaccinated. 

-Teachers are not even on the Booster shot priority list !!!!! 

If you disagree with the decision to stop school contact tracing, PLEASE sign this petition and share it !!! 

Lets stand up for teachers and students! They all deserve better than this !!
