In 13 short days, as part of the wonderful 'Wellington on a Plate', PigFish encapsulated the best of what Wellington is about: World-class culinary deliciousness (created by a group of people with a passion for food in their DNA) and a community of food lovers brought together in a relaxed, unique communal dining environment. There was even a splash of the arts in the mix with live music.

Many of us went back for seconds... and probably even thirds. 

You can never have too much of a good thing so why stop here? Let's have it permanently!  I'm not sure of the practicalities in making it a regular fixture but at the very least I'd like to show support and appreciation for the effort and passion that went in to this truly awesome foodie's paradise.
