Some of the best minds of india are working for foreign MNC's obviously on huge packages but to prepare those best minds and train them indian government is providing huge fund to top institutions of engineering in india. But after completion of course this students move to abroad and work their and this is one of the biggest barrier in development of india that we are not able to utilise our man source for development of the country. 

• Government is spending around 5 lakh per student of iit and student pays about 1 lakh fees per annum.  So government is providing surplus 4 lakh per student (obviously the money from our tax)  for developing them as best engineers of the world.  But after the course this students are taken by foreign MNC's at huge packages. So whats the profit of the nation in investing more than 300 crore per annum per Institute. 
• Solution should be that,  like for medical students (to work for 1 year at PHC of some village after internship) government should impose 1 year unbreakable bond on government Institute engineering students to work in india after completing their course.

We can save money and can help in betterment of india by saving our generation from working for some other nation and help in development of india.
