As the case is going on Apex court regarding  the right of pet shop owners, and on the other, the right of the birds to live freely.

We are thinking about pet owners(their income) but we are not thinking about the birds. .

If you open a cage bird will fly and will never return back this shows they are just being forcefully kept, which violates their freedom to live with dignity denying their fundamental rights .

we are just keeping them to entertain our self and there is no sign of respect to their freedom.

The goal of conservation is not the preservation of every individual of a species,but the safeguarding of species as a whole .India is a country of liberty ,fraternity and equality and we should assure it to all living beings. .

If god has not limited their area of freedom then who are we to restrict them ,Please don't restrict their life in a 2*1*1(ft) cage. 

As  Mahatma  Gandhi once quoted. ''The greatness of a nation can be judged by the way its animals are treated''.

The animals those are kept forcefully must be released and there should be strict laws against the owner or seller.

I want  you  to take suo motu cognizance and interfere in this matter please make out some policies, cant our parliament give few of its precious hours for these lovely creatures,cant we deliberate on this.Please put all your efforts, so as to upheld the decision of High Court of Gujarat( If the birds are even exotic birds and sold in cages Gujarat high court order applies. It says no bird can be caged) .
