VOS SIGNATURES COMPTENT ET NOUS RENDENT VISIBLES!
En janvier 2021, mes filles, Emily et Emma 5 et 7 ans, citoyennes françaises, étaient « illégalement déplacées » d'Angleterre, leur lieu de résidence, vers l'Ethiopie, pays d'origine de leur mère. La mère, en prenant mes filles, enfreignait à plusieurs égards une décision de Justice de la Haute Cour de Justice britannique, qui nous avait accordé l'équivalent d'une garde partagée.
Depuis, elle refuse de rentrer en Angleterre mais refuse aussi que je les voie. Je me suis rendu en Éthiopie, en vain : elle s'est cachée.
J'ai porté plainte en France, en Angleterre, contacté les services sociaux, des détectives privés, des avocats. En vain.
Les consulats se déclarent impuissants et ont atteint les limites de leurs compétences.
J'ai proposé à la mère de payer les billets, de l’héberger, lui payer un hôtel, payer la quarantaine... En vain.
Mes filles n'ont pas été scolarisées depuis plus d'un an, sont privées de tout contact physique avec leurs sœurs restées en Angleterre. Je ne les ai pas vues depuis bientôt un an. J'ai appris il y a 3 jours qu'elles vivent dans un petit village reculé en Éthiopie où je ne peux me rendre puisque LA GUERRE A ECLATE et les ressortissants de divers pays ont été appelés à évacuer le pays d'urgence. Si le rythme de la Justice est lent, le rythme de la guerre, lui, ne l'est pas et demain, le village où elles se trouvent, sera peut-être attaqué.
On me dit que rapatrier mes enfants manu militari serait l'équivalent d'un contre enlèvement et qu'on ne peut les soustraire à la mère au risque de se mettre sur le même plan juridique qu'elle. Comment peut-on comparer l'enlèvement de leur mère dans un pays en guerre avec ma volonté de les mettre à l'abri de tout besoin, de tout risque ? Quand la Justice saisit les biens qu'un voleur a volés, devient-elle elle-même délictueuse ?Comment comprendre que la Justice française ne puisse procéder à un tri des dossiers à traiter pour prioriser certaines situations quand il s'agit de la securité des enfants ? Cela fait 8 mois que nous attendons la moindre réponse à notre plainte!
Mesdames les Députées, AIDEZ-MOI A FAIRE EVACUER MES FILLES D'ETHIOPIE ! J'ai peur pour leur vie, peur pour leur sécurité, leur éducation, leur équilibre psychologique, leur santé. Elles sont entre les mains d'une mère instable, dangereuse, dans un pays au bord d'une catastrophe humanitaire.
LA FRANCE DOIT AIDER SES RESSORTISSANTES, mineures, qui n'ont pas choisi cette situation et sont victimes de leur mère, elle-même coupable de mise en danger de mineur selon les Articles 227-17 du Code Civil.
Je suis professeur en lycée, propriétaire d'un petit appartement, désireux de leur donner une vie stable et équilibrée.
Mesdames les Députées, faites entendre ma voix à l'Assemblée, pour que les parents qui tentent de faire respecter l’intérêt supérieur de leur enfant, ne soient pas traités comme des criminels et accusés d'enlèvement mais remerciés de leur implication parentale. Pour que le mot « supérieur » ait un sens concret. Pour que la Justice accélère.

BRINGING ABOUT THE RETURN OF MY DAUGHTERS FROM ETHIOPIA WHERE THEY HAVE BEEN KIDNAPPED BY THEIR MOTHER
Patrick Pinet has launched this petition which is addressed to Madame Isabelle Santiago (MP for the 9th constituency of the Val de Marne) and Madame Amélia Lakrafi (MP for the 10th constituency of French nationals living abroad)
In January 2021, my daughters Emily and Emma, 5 and 7 years old, French citizens, were "illegally displaced" from England their place of residence to Ethiopia, the native country of their mother. By taking my daughters, their mother violated in several respects a court order issued by the High Court of Justice which granted us joint custody.
She has since refused to return to England but has also refused to let me see my daughters. I even went to Ethiopia in July but in vain : she kept well hidden.
I have lodged complaints in France and in England, contacted social services, private detectives, lawyers. In vain.
The consulates say they are powerless and any further steps would be beyond their jurisdiction.
I have offered to pay for return air tickets, to provide accommodation, pay for a hotel, pay for COVID-linked hotel expenses. In vain.
My daughters have not attended school for over a year, they are deprived of all physical contact with their sisters who are still in England. I haven't seen them for nearly a year. I learnt 3 days ago that they are living in an isolated village in Ethiopia where I am not able to go because WAR HAS BROKEN OUT and the nationals of various countries have been told it is an emergency and to evacuate the country. If the pace of Justice is slow, the pace of war is not and tomorrow, the village where my daughters are living could be attacked.
I am told that repatriating my children manu militari would be the equivalent of a counter abduction and that they cannot be taken from their mother as this action would put me on the same legal level as her. How can one compare the abduction carried out by their mother to a country at war with my desire to put them in a safe place where they are not at risk? When Justice confiscates the goods that a thief has stolen, does it become a thief itself ?
As Members of the National Assembly, HELP ME TO EVACUATE MY DAUGHTERS FROM ETHIOPIA ! I fear for their lives, for their safety, their education, their psychological balance, their health. They are in the hands of an unstable, dangerous mother in a country on the verge of a humanitarian catastrophe.
FRANCE MUST HELP HER NATIONALS, who are under-age, who have not chosen this situation and who are victims of their mother, herself guilty of jeopardizing juveniles according to Articles 227-17 of the Civil Code.
I am a teacher in a secondary school, I own a flat and wish to give my children a stable balanced life.
As Members of the National Assembly, make my voice heard in the Assembly so that parents who endeavour to have the best interests of their children respected are not treated like criminals and accused of abduction but recognized for their parental implication. So that the word "best" has a real meaning. So that Justice may accelerate.
