I'm starting this petition because a new law was enacted in Pottstown that no one is allowed to feed or house stray cats or they will get a fine for 600.00 or jail time. As an advocate for animal rights I am so angry about this. First of all how can the government tell a homeowner what to do with and at his home. These cats are there because of humans discarding them like trash because they are now inconvenient to them. It's not the cats fault. To make the situation better why not start a TNR in your town? I am outraged at this!!!!
