Users are getting banned without due reason and without any reason given to them. As it appears, aurorcat10972 was banned from pottermore with little notice of their alleged "bannable" behavior and the last comment they recall being reported that may have set moderation over the edge was a comment helping a new user find an ingredient in the story. 

Pottermore, you say you review things. We say you do not. Unban this user and give us all the due process we deserve!
