The Issue

Poor developing countries need help and support. How can a developed world espousing and promoting democracy, justice, fairness, equality and egalitarianism ignore the billion people starving, malnourished and diseased in poor countries?
Developed countries like USA, Germany, Norway, Finland, etc boast high gross domestic product per capita of above $60,000, whereas the GDP per capita of many African countries is less than $2,000 and some South East Asian countries and India’s marginally more at about $2,200. Almost all these countries were drained of wealth, resources, capital by force, including the enslavement, torture, murder of locals inhabitants (near genocidal in some cases). It is time reparations were made - but instead we have a system via the International Monetary Fund, World Bank, World Trade Centre, etc that continues to exploit and is unfair to these poor countries.
Policies such as poor countries paying very high interest rates whereas economically powerful and advanced countries pay very low interest rates on borrowing funds are the opposite of what they should be.
A world tax of approximately 2% should be levied on the rich Countries and very rich people individuals or corporations and the funds invested in or donated to poor countries. The total GDP of Kenya is $114 billion and the 5 richest men are worth more than this each (Elon Musk ar $267 billion and Bill Gates at $123 billion). The GDP per capita in Belgium is $51,000 whereas that of Congo is only $2,200 - the Belgians under King Leopoldo plundered enslaving, torturing and killing millions of native Congolese; similarly the British extracted from Kenya, India, etc - Piracy. The USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are territories occupied by Europeans- near annihilation of native local inhabitants..
All poor country debt should be written off. Interest rates reversed to favour poorer countries and a world wealth tax to be introduced for distribution to poor.
