Money we pay to the state and city every year. Money taken from the pockets of every Portsmouth resident, and all they want is more, yet deny body cameras. There needs to be some serious defunding PPD. More money needs to be spent on social programs, and not from the police. If you want to engage and hear from the community, hear the call for body cameras. Spend the $125k it would cost. That's 0.1% of our city's budget - which is hugely bloated as it is.
